European Le Mans Series regulars, John Hartshorne, Henrique Chaves and Jonny Adam will make their return to the Asian Le Mans Series in 2023, once again with TF Sport's Aston Martin Vantage GT3.
The trio had a year of mixed fortunes in ELMS this season, with the highlight being a storming second place podium result in Imola, Italy. However it was a heartbreaking end to 2022, with their TF Sport-run Vantage GTE being taken out of the season finale by a wayward LMP3. The #95 finished in the top-10 of the LMGTE class.
Having competed in the Asian Le Mans Series at the beginning of 2022, with the same car at the same circuits, Hartshorne, Chaves and Adam have solid foundations to target podium finishes in the United Arab Emirates.
Despite being recently upgraded to gold driver status, Chaves will remain as a silver-graded racer for the Asian Le Mans series entry, meaning the line-up can reunite one more time, to fight for more silverware.
The first double-header of the 2023 Asian Le Mans Series kicks off at the Dubai Autodrome, on February 11/12, followed by the final two four-hour races rounding up the championship at Yas Marina Circuit on February 18/19.
Tom Ferrier, TF Sport Managing Director - "It's great to have John, Henrique and Jonny back with us for the Asian Le Mans Series. 2022 saw John's race craft improve even further and I have no doubt that they will be fighting for podium finishes again in February."
John Hartshorne, TF Sport Bronze Driver - "I'm really looking forward to racing with Henrique and Jonny again. I will be able to take what I learned throughout this season, and with the familiar foundations of TF Sport and the Aston Martin GT3, I'm excited to see what we can achieve."
